Every health site has one, why not zoidberg us! Seeing as how I get up every morning at 5am (because sleep is for wussy men) I will post a motivational quote to help you through the day! It might be pony related, it might not be, you'll just have to check and see! Now here's what you ponies (who are smarter then me and sleep in) get to do! In the comments you can: 1. Post your own quotes! If I like them I might even pick them for my quote of the day and you will recieve 8 internetz. 2. Talk about a/my quote. What do you think it means? Do you agree or disgree, why? Philosoponies; Twilight would be dissapoint if you don't get into debates! 3. Did that quote help you? Did you at any point use one of the quotes (doesn't have to be mine) in your life? If so, when? What happened? Are you happy with the results? You're not limited to these options by the way, but takes these with a grain of salt as guidelines. I really hope you guys get a lot of use out of these quotes, a lot of the quotes I will post have affected my life greatly.

Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain't you. You're better than that! - -Rocky Balboa

Quote #001
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.' We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? Your playing small does not serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
-Marianne Williamson

These quotes are excellent. I have a document of quotes that has been built over years. Here is a good one for exercise.
We are weighed down, every moment, by the conception and the sensation of Time. And there are but two means of escaping and forgetting this nightmare: pleasure and work. Pleasure consumes us. Work strengthens us. Let us choose. - Charles Baudelaire
Think of this if you feel like sleeping in instead of running.

I will now have this in front of me every morning, thank you for this. And all the quotes from Eric Church(Thomas), this man's words are life changing, if you have never heard his presentation, sit and enjoy: Austin, this one's for you: i.chzbgr.com/completestore/12/10/30/blfUhvHQ8kC0NxT-xWDiGQ2.png

I love stories like that, stories of an unfortunate soul and a hero allowing them to reach their potential. I'm not going to lie, I saw the length and was tempted not to read, but i loved every second, thanks for that story. Also this guy was completely right about how much weightlifting and sports in general teach you about life.
