Water also helps with filling you up! If you find yourself craving a snack, drink a glass of water and wait 15 minutes, your hunger should go away! But be warned on the dangers of water

I've been drinking only water for about 4 years now and feel great, after giving up soft drinks and such my body feels so much better; it's honestly the best way to help with weight loss.

DudeBroBrony speaks the honest truth. Ah've easily lost 20lbs after replacing mah soda/cider with good ole' fashioned water. ... Forgot what soda tastes like though. *thinks* Hmm.

Water is great, I have been finding it hard to separate myself from my beloved tea with sugar, I'm British this is a challenge and a half but water is always the most refreshing alternative. If your having trouble drinking water alone or just find water dull put some fruit in it! Simple and delicious a couple slices of apple, strawberry, grape or even cucumber makes water much more appealing and helps you get some more fruit and vegetables into your diet.

Any suggestions on how to make water more desirable in the mornings? Every time I wake up I feel dehydrated, naturally, and can try to drink water but I find for the first hour or two I simply can't stomach the stuff, and before I'm able to I'm already heading to work for the day, where I don't drink a lot of water typically, usually only 24oz if that, for my entire eight hour shift. I drink a lot of water once I'm off work though, probably 4-5 16oz glasses.
I don't suffer from any dehydration throughout the day, no headaches or dizziness, but even so I can't help but feel it would be better for me if I could drink more water earlier in the day. So any suggestions?

So any suggestions? I have the same problem! I actually can't really eat for about an hour after I wake up, either, but thankfully my morning class is only 2 hours so I just eat when I get home. This might sound a little gross, but I've found that water is much easier to stomach when it's lukewarm rather than ice cold. Or if that's too weird, you could try plain tea, no sugar - I like chamomile personally. Finally, I've never tried this, but in "Little House on the Prairie" they put ginger in their water. Since ginger helps with nausea I bet that would work too. Also I'd like to point out that there's such thing as too much water, too. You don't want to dilute your electrolytes - make sure you're eating plenty of salt with all that water, and you don't really need more than 64oz a day from what I've heard. When I went to the doctor with dizziness he suggested I pick up the salt shaker a little more often, which made me laugh, but it's true.

and you don't really need more than 64oz a day from what I've heard. I drink twice that much every day. A good rule of thumb is half of your body weight in oz. Mine is a little higher because I work out. The 64 oz. rule comes from 8 8 oz. glasses which was drafted because it was easy to remember.

I like to drink water during class to stay healthy, I usually bring a couple bottles. Also, if I get hungry before lunch, I just drink water I'm not hungry anymore
