I enjoy mixed nuts if I can find them raw and unsalted. Other than that, I keep fruit as a stand-by; I'm a fan of crisp apples like Braeburns.

I tend to eat grapes whenever i crave something, they're sweet and come in good quantity, same with apples! Always buy a big bag of delicious red apples! Frozen grapes are delicious, you should try them sometime. It's like eating candy but waaaaay healthier.

"I've always wanted to try hummus, how does it taste like? Is it spicy?"
Standard, plain hummus is just chickpeas, olive oil, and seasonings. They have so many varieties according to whatever flavor you're in the mood for. I slice serrano peppers and mix it into my hummus. Adds bulk, spice, and a vegetable all at once.

I'm trying to eat healthy. My problem is fast food. I always crave it, and sometimes my dad brings it home for me. So how am I suppose to lose weight if dad keeps bringing fast food home? I know fast food is bad for me and I try not to eat it so much, but I think it'll be my downfall. Any suggestions on how to kick the habbit? I've gotten to the point of telling my parents not to bring home fast food, (also the McDolans really makes me sick) but that's the best advice I can give is request no more fast food.

I liked popcorn but in those bags you get at the store. Cheese it's, nuts, Pretzel's, Rice Cakes.

I started to snack with muesli bars recently. Probably the healthiest thing I can snack with at the moment. Also if I get a chance I borrow an apple (Granny Smith are my favorite) or banana with me.

I eat fruits, salads, and almonds. No natural junk food for me, cause it is still junk food. I've always wanted to try hummus, how does it taste like? Is it spicy? Agreed, I keep away from junk food completely. But hummus is simply a chickpea purée, it's actually really good. I enjoy it and it's not naturally spicy, but there are different flavors and such that could have it spicy.

I try to limit my junk food intake. And I eat small amounts of it.
