B-Complex, Magnesium, Vitamin D (PNW aka The Grey Lands), Omega-3 and 6.
That's probably what I should be taking. Duly noted.

No no no, do NOT add Omega-6. A veggie diet will already have too much Omega-6 compared to Omega-3, you do not want to make the problem worse.
Don't add Omega-6s unless you just need more fat in general, and in that case just add olive oil to everything and add Omega-3s to rebalance the O-3/O-6 again.
Everything else looks good. I actually don't supplement vitamin D, because if you are outside exercising enough, your skin will generate enough vitamin D on its own. However, I realize that it might make more sense to supplement vitamin D in your case.

No extra Omega-6. Good to know.
Most of the year I'm heavily covered up and spending a lot of time inside. Even if I were to be outside often it would be dark from the cloud cover or the time of day. Legends tell that most doctors recommend people who live around here to take vitamin D supplements.

You should take raw vegetarian foods, and protein foods if you want to lose your weight and improve your muscles mass. If your are troubled by eggs, meat, and cheese etc. then you can take some veggies protein foods such as broccoli, cabbage, spinach, cauliflower, peas, bans, and sweet potato for the weight loss and muscles development.
