Blagh, I've missed some updates.
To sum up the workouts: Monday
acceleration/ arm swing/ curve running drills 10X 100M sprint, start each sprint on the minute for a total of 10 minutes
Tuesday
Accelerations Sprint/ high knees doe a lap. Do that twice.
Today
Weight room
Squat: worked up to 238 for 6 OH press: worked up to 98 for 7
Medicine ball throws for shotput (different varieties). 140 throws total.
Stretch after each of those.

Yesterday:
Extra-long warm up 10 accelerations stretch
Today: MEET
shotput went very well, set a PR at 29'2.5"
400 went less well. I didn't get an official time (it was in the middle of a relay) but it was around 60 seconds.

Eh. I feel a bit of a cold coming on. I forgot my workouts for the past few days. They weren't that hard or intense. It has been very very cold outside though.
