Been working off and on the past week (Mostly off) as I get ready to go on vacation and then move to Vermont. Mostly interval training. I'll keep better track when I get situated. Back in 6 days.

I actually managed to get to the hotel gym twice on my vacation, in addition to the 2 8-hour days of snowmobiling. Never snowmobiled before, but driving and steering for 220 miles in -40 degrees really takes it out of you. Only put it in a ditch once!

Sorry for the lack of updates. I have completed my move as well as completed being sick with food poisoning and the flu. Now I can start to work out again. It will probably be sporadic for now, as I am on my feet 9 hours a day at work, constantly moving. I'll probably stick to upper body work. Don't want to be tired at work. My pull-up/chin-up bar will be coming as soon as I get my PO box. Woot!

Did some interval training after work.
Did 4 sets rotating between push-ups, bicep curls, tricep raises/kickbacks, trap raises, shoulder press. Did each set to failure. Off tomorrow. Ponies and resting!

Not much doing lately, as I have been working 12 hours shifts and being on my feet for most of it. Just some more interval training for upper body every three days.
