Welcome Micheal!
Even if you have no physical goals right now, we can surely find some thing you could want to work towards. Be it to build up parkour skills so you can run any where you could ever want, or get you to do something like a back flip (if you are in reasonably good shape you could totally do it, you just got to learn to beat the fear. Also learning to break fall properly helps too.)
I hope we can learn from each other.

And so i hope It could be a really good idea to gain some parkour skill...well maybe not right now, too many snow and ice around, but this summer... Once a friend brought me to a wood trying to teach me some stuff like that, i basically smashed my back on a protruding root XD. And so do I Tell me about it :/ but I was never a big milk drinker myself, only usually drank it for protein shakes, past that all I drank was water and tea. I friggin love tea If you dont mind me asking, why did your dermatologist not want you drinking milk? Milk is exceptional: great taste, high nutritive properties, high content of noble proteins, the right amount of fats and stuff like that, and ovomaltine (Like nesquik, but i prefer it for the taste) has plenty of vitamines, carbohydrates and some proteins. It was also good for me because i live in a really cold place (North Italy, 1000m on sea level) and drinking milk made my body produce heat, i used to get around in T-shirt with 5°c XD. In fact, now i'm always cold and have to dress heavily :/ (my hands are ALWAYS cold as ice D:) I had to stop drinking it cause i have an acne disease for 4 years, nothing "serious", but as i had this problem for too long, i decided to put an end on this. So i went to the dermatologist who prescribed me some drugs (a 3 months treatment), after that i'll be allowed to drink my beloved milk again <3 i can't help but wait Tea? Where do you live?

Yea I know its really good, I really should get to drinking it more :/ and I live in New York, so I feel you about the cold! I had to wait in the freezing cold for 3 hours to get gas xD So milk wasn't causing the issue it would just mess up the medicine, okay. I was thinking milk was messing up your skin, like turning you white. Or maybe cow-spotted Also 'Murrica!

No milk recommendation from a dermatologist...?
I couldn't find anything definitive, but clinicians seem to see a link between acne and dairy products.
I think it's because people with more acne also consume more calories, and therefore are more likely to consume more dairy products as a result.

Nah, that's not the cause, i asked the dermatologist and he said that there are not yet scientific researches on the topic, but it's empiric that people who consumes dairy products are subjects to a worsening of the acne pathology. So "just in case" XD

So milk wasn't causing the issue it would just mess up the medicine, okay. Also 'Murrica! I guess the main cause is the age, it's quite common for a 13 years old (the age when it started) guy to have some acne... it's less common that the diseases lasts 4 ages... 'Murrica! In Italy tea isn't popular at all, we have coffee XD
