Oh, sleep. One of my favourite things to do. Too bad I always end up sleeping very late... and, the fact that I am waking up quite early in the morning doesn't help. As a result, I used to sleep the weekends way too much and take a nap every afternoon, thus, losing valuable time from the things I had to do. Lately, however, I've been trying to fix that. I'm not sleeping so much at weekends and, even though I hated it at first, it's actually way better! Also, I am trying to find ways to sleep earlier at night. Relaxing music has helped, sometimes I drink a cup of hot milk or chamomile and, last but not least, I have been trying to finish all the things I had to do, so that guilt won't keep me awake.

Binaural beats always relax my mind after a long day. (headphones required) www.youtube.com/watch?v=JnhFsHyeeNQSometimes I might even play some rain or ocean sounds quietly. These are my two ways that I fall asleep quickly.

Hi ya'll-! Try listening to classical music, for them rest. The following link - www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZYwqKKc1VCQ - leads ta a 6-hour youtube vid with music. Ah tried it, an' I slept faster than a blink. Tried it out after readin' bout "endorphin" levels (body chemical that makes yer happy) an' how classical music can make ya' feel good.
