Hi everyone, my name's Austin, obviously.
I was a staffer at Everfree Northwest, but more relevant to this site, went from 225 lbs in September of 2011 to ~160 lbs August of 2012.
Weightlifting is now among my favorite hobbies. I had gone up to ~170 lbs in preparation of a powerlifting competition on December 1st but due to a minor back injury and the fact that the first staff meeting for EFNW 2013 is on the same day I probably won't go.
Celestia is best pony.
Joined mostly to help other people out given that I'm pretty happy with my own progress.
Goals (that I haven't hit yet): * Single digit body fat % * Class IV powerlifting (190/245/315 in my weight class IIRC)

Hi Austin Yun.
Good work you did there! Yeah its my goal to get "Single digit body fat %" too, i dont know if you could do a diet like i do if you need your full power for a competition. I do a low Carb. diet where you may lose a bit power at first but after time (when your body is set to it) you get back to your old power or even more.

Hey a fellow strength athlete! I'm not a powerlifter, but I throw shotput and discus a bit for my track and field team and sprint, so I'm in the weight room a lot. My all time PRs are 185/295/325. I'm sitting around 165/250/295 right now.
Good luck with the lifting man!
