That sounds great, I'm going to have to try that soon. I didn't even know they made reduced fat oreos. Wow, I always thought they were the same thing, thanks for the tip DarthAvarous.

Aspartame is also in Diet Coke. It will hook you physiologically.

This seems delicious, I have to make this someday! Regarding sweeteners, I've heard that stevia is a good one as well, so maybe you'd like to consider that.

I tried Stevia for the first time about a month ago. Wow. Worst tasting non-nutritive sweetener I have ever had. Now I can see why Truvia cuts it with sugar. Though, if it works for you, more power to you!

Oh jeez, yep, tried stevia today. NOT a big fan. It tastes kind of... almost sour and almost salty, it's like it messes with the taste buds, really weird. I guess I'll have to find some other good sweetener to use...

o.o are we certain thats only 118 calories? ahh, nvm, its 118 calories per cup, so that recipe makes 16 oz then. but still, thats only 236 calories for the entire recipe and if you share it with someone, you could enjoy a fairly good 118 calorie snack, or just enjoy the entire 236 yourself if you're feeling a bit gluttonous.
