Sometimes it seems like know body knows how hard we try. Its part of what makes becoming healthy so dang hard. But we are in this together, so this section is devoted to cheering each other on by sharing what we do. Post your daily accomplishments or if you noticed you have passed a significant milestone in your journey post it here. (I don't know how much one of these boards can take if this is something we can deal with stop me now)
Dear BHG,
I spent part of today working on cleaning up my parkour vaults, as well as working on my back handsprings and aerials. I also danced a bit today.
Love, Shenanigans

Walked 3 laps, and jogged once around my neighborhood, which equals out to a mile pretty good start to something big if you ask me!

Jogged about a mile or so today! Honestly I have no clue how far this distance was, I really need to figure that out!

Today was the start of my routine though I have mixed feelings about it, I started by doing some stretches at home jogged at least two miles and walked abit then when I came home I did some sit ups. I feel disappointed like I could've done so much more but even though my legs and midsection ache I feel happy about it and hopefully in at least one or two weeks I can see results

My biggest mile stone is do keep on doing even when some of my friends told me to stop or told me im to much into it. Many people dont understand that things like Bodybuilding can be a full time Hobby to get to higher goals after month of hard training they see my results and nobody say anthing about stopping anymore!

Bought some more Apples today, Kiwi, Grapes, Greek Plain Yogurt, and some Nature Valley Crunchy Oats n' Honey granola bars! Also spent 30 minutes on the Elliptical, probably burned around 300 - 400 calories!

Spent far too long at school, did some work with the kettle bell, walked a bit, and am eating a bowl of lentils, rice, and veggies.

Dear Princess Celestia and the BHG,
Two days ago I spent two full hours doing bare-fisted sparring, which was fantastic cardio. I also practiced my aerials and back handsprings inside. It still is strange getting used to doing things on concrete. Yesterday I spent a lot of time dancing and practiced all my parkour vaults. I made a lot of progress on my fluidity and its really fun. I also got to practice my windmill, which is starting to look pretty good, and I tried to see how close I am to being able to flare, and while I still don't have it, I think it is a matter of time. What do you think the community will think when I bust these moves out at the next convention? ;D ;D ;D
Your Faithful Student, Shenanigans

Go until your body tells you to stop... then go a little beyond that hehe There is only so much you can do when you're just starting out. If you go to far you're going to hurt yourself, possibly permanently; trust me I did it to myself and it sucks getting over the injury. But trust me when I say just keep doing what you're doing and just push a little harder each time, that's the best way to go.

My PT has this thing called the "deck of cards" well that's actually what it is. Its a standard deck minus the jokers, and you use that to help with your workout. We shuffle the deck and draw one by one; the color determines the exercise (black is sit ups, and red is push ups) and the number determines the reps. For example a king of spades would be 13 sit ups; its 2 - 14, aces are not ones. But I broke my personal best today with the deck. It got to easy for me so I hold a 10lbs weight and crunch at an incline for my crunch, and wrap a resistance band around my back for my push ups. I finished the deck in just 30 mins. Never thought my endurance would get this high.
