Well, I guess this is the part where I introduce myself. I am 17 years old, have run cross country and track and field for four years at the high school level. My sprinting coach happens to be a former Olympian an he has given our team great advice about sprinting, training, and life in general.
I also like lifting heavy things up and putting them back down. Also known as weightlifting. I'm a science nerd during the day, so I've done a good bit of reading about weight training, and hope to help some of you guys get in better shape with the knowledge I have gained. I myself went from 110 lbs, 5'8" freshman year to 165 lbs 5'10" senior year. So it is doable!
