Hello there, folks. I've got to say that I'm pleased to see a group like this appear; we've got but one body, so why not make the most of it, right?
I'm many things, but in the vein of this forum I'll say that I'm primarily a weight lifter. I prefer to get my cardio in early in the morning before breakfast.
Anyways, I think that'll do for an introduction; I look forward to getting to know all of you.
