I want to post on the awesomeness that is one of the other writes over here on BHG, Aaron Reed. A little over a year ago he was 300lbs, but through hard work and determination he is now 188lbs, with significat less body fat! Everypony here that is working to change their life for a healthier one deserves a medal. If it was something easy everypony else would do it but in this age and era it seems like there's less interest in healthy diets and activities.
So... yay for everypony!

I am really happy with this whole forum. We aren't even a week old, and we have so many people so dedicated to helping each other reach our goals. Its one of those awesome little corners of the internet that I am glad to be a part of. I feel am friends with a whole bunch of you already. I hope you all know that even if I haven't met you yet, I am looking forward to it, and I want to support you here. You are all pretty dang awesome. And this site is going to do hell of a job improving the community as a whole. It would be fun if you all had a meet up at a convention or something.
