Hey BHG! Layabout here, going to be using this website as a good excuse to lay about less. They call me Van, because it's my name; I'm from Wisconsin (My address, where I live.) and I like to keep it really informative - to a fault.
I'm 21, 6'5 and 230lbs , a fanatical brony and habitual gamer; though I've come to lose much of my interest in that, long story short, I need things to do and work toward. I think my physical well-being is a pretty nice place to start, you need to stay alive long enough to see season 92 of FiM after all.
I've started trying at some cardio and have been getting my eating habits in a nicer place for a couple months now - and I've come a long way from being worn out after a short walk, but I know I've still got a lot to work on.
