Hello everyone, I go by Skai on the internet, and I decided to join these forums mainly to motivate and inform anypony that is interested in losing weight/getting into fitness, or provide tips on form, exercises, and answer questions for those who are just starting. I'm also still pretty new to working out, as I've only started back in early July of this year and continued to this day. I'm 21, 6'2'', and I'm currently finishing up my 3rd year pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. I'm Asian (Chinese to be exact), and well, I love fitness! I started my workout on July 9th, 2012, at 215.3 lbs and around a 24.8% body fat. As of November 4th, 2012, after an official fitness assessment, I'm at 191.8 lbs and 13.0% body fat. Welcome aboard! We can always use more ponies who have advice to give. I'm getting back into workout after a feast of Halloween candy.

Thanks for the welcome! I avoided candy this Halloween due to my strict dedication to my diet! (Well, strict to a certain extent. I have my occasional indulgence days a couple times a month!) I did reward myself this Halloween with a whole protein bar after a workout though!
