Greetings all Sherlock Hooves here Long story behind that name but I wont get into that. First off let me say, this is one of the greatest ideas I have ever seen. I know many people in today's world that have problems with health and weight and it dose break my heart a little. I know how you feel, two years ago I was 5'8" and 220lbs my blood pressure was close to being dangerous and my waist was 38" around. I was in a bad place, then I looked at myself and I got fed up and made a change. That day I started a routine that dropped me down to 185lbs, then 170 and finally 165. After that I started lifting weights and gained 10lbs of muscle. Its been two years and now I'm at 170lbs with a 32" waist and still going strong with no plans to stop. I'm working with a personal trainer now to see if I can drop the last bits of fat and get my body fat percentage down to 10 or less. The process has been long and difficult but if I'm able to do that anyone can. So my wishes to all that wish to lose and become the better brony that they know they are. Also any advice requested I will happily give out. Its my hope that the world, America most importantly, understands that health and fitness is a necessity of life. We all don't have to be cut Adonises, but being able to go on a hike without getting winded or going through life without the risk of heart disease or diabetes is all I ask. So again all the encouragement in the world to those just starting out and to those still going, keep it up and never quit.
