Um... Hey everypony! My name is Nefeli, but you can call me Quil or something like that! I am about 15 years old and I could use some work out... Unfortunately, I seem to have put glue on my chair.

Anyway! I love drawing and reading and video games... and I can't wait to get started with this whole "working out and being motivational" thing! Not only for my self, but to help others, as well!
