Hey guys, I've recently realized that even though I really want to lose weight and get healthier, my School is full of bad & unhealthy choices for lunch. This isn't as much as a problem because I'm trying to skip eating at School, and eat when i get home. Yet my friends buy Pizza, chicken sandwiches, Chicken tenders, etc. Any ideas on how to stop the pressure of eating these things without having to drag my entire fridge to School?

It is not Healthy to eat nothing for a long time. Why dont you get some Fruits, whole wheat bread with chicken or Turkey, some nuts or anything like this stuff and take it to school just as a Snack, when you back home eat healthy lunch.

I can fully sympathize with you! My school is the same. Honestly, the best thing to do is bring your own lunch. I used to feel self-conscious about bringing my own lunch, but now I feel 10x awesomer than the people I see eating junk. Nuts, granola, and sandwiches/wraps are pretty light to carry and are filling.
Doesn't your school should have at least a few healthier choices, too? I know mine does, so in a pinch I can grab something.

Don't skip out on meals; it's terrible for your metabolism and it'll make those unhealthy choices all the more tempting. If you're hungry, your body is going to tell you to do something about that.
If your school doesn't offer any healthy options, is there anywhere nearby that does? If not, consider taking the time to prepare items ahead of time. To parrot madbrony, fruit is a good way to go; I'd suggest something like an apple that would survive the trip without getting crushed in your bag, if that's a problem. Whole wheat sandwiches (and make sure it's whole wheat, not multigrain or some other term that companies pick because it sounds healthy) are another nice option, though be picky about its toppings. Protein bars may be an option, though they can be dodgy because a lot of them are loaded with sugar. Quest bars seem okay.

If you can get a bento box, or some good quality tupperware you can carry around a good portion of food. Madbrony and sagebrush have pointed out good options for food. And if you need to keep things cold you can stuff a small icepack in there wrapped in a paper towel or something as to not completely freeze the food.

When I used to attend high school, the food there was at best questionable. The food tasted synthetic, much of the smaller bits of meat would pass for fish bait. Whenever thicker meat was served, creatures such as squirrels and other neighboring animals would mysteriously vanish. Plastic would often be mixed into the food and one could host chemistry classes next to drinking fountains due to the water being crunchy.
When I left school, after a few months of healthy food I was feeling better than before and much more healthy. What was esp. sad was the fact that before high school the food was actually good, healthy, and of pleasing flavor. Also the drinking fountains were clean.

As the other have suggested, packing your own lunch is a good solution. Healthy snacks to tide you over until you get home.

Well chicken isn't bad for you unless it's fried chicken they're serving. Just bring a lunch to school. It's a lot cheaper and healthier. Buy lean meats and healthy bread. Dink water instead of soda.

The best option I can give you is to make your own healthy lunch and bring it with you to school.
The best time to make lunch is right before bed. Make lunch for the next day, and put it in the fridge. The next morning, pack it up and bring it with you! Once lunch starts you can nom on your healthy stuff while your friends eat the junk food. It's easy once you get into it! Plus you won't regret it, and you'll end up saving a lot of money in the long run.

I bought my lunch at school because it was way easier for me. And I got healthier foods where I went to school. Schools now serve healthier foods.

There is nothing bad about treating yourself once in a while by eating something unhealthy. And maybe you should talk to the the school dean or higher authority and ask to serve good foods.
