I made and use this Programm to calculate what i should and can eat in a diet to get to a target like: 10% Protein 60% Carbohydrates and 30% fat. It helped me to notice what i can eat and how much I eat per day in what relation. If someone need it feel free to download and use. Just fill in the meals you eat and look how much Protein, Carbohydrates and Fat is in it and at the right you will see the "%" of Protein, Carbohydrates and Fat you consumed.
