Heey, Chromick here. Nice to meet y'all ;D I'm a junior in high school, a brony since 2010 and a writer-artist/basement-dwelling nerd. (Hence, lots of sitting.) I've been grappling with weight problems for the past couple of years, and especially in the last three months--I used to be homeschooled in a rural area, having equal time to devote to the internet and to jogging and walking around in the woods. Then I moved into a dormitory and got my freshman 15 in my junior year (aha). I don't have a fridge, so my options have been limited to ramen and potato chips and I'm often so lazy once I get out of school that I just go to my room and veg. Basically, I'm trying to a.) get back in the swing of things physically and b.) figure out a way to eat healthfully within the parameters I'm under. And what better way to do this than with my favorite thing on the interwebs?
I've also struggled for years with the choice of best pony, and after coming to the conclusion that everypony is best pony I also concluded that I have a soft spot for Luna.

Heyyyyyy! Fellow homeschooler! I was also homeschooled until junior year of high school, when I started community college, and now I'm getting my BA in June. Nice to meet you, Chromick!

I'm about to get my degree in Speech & Hearing Sciences, taking (at least) a year off, then returning for the grand adventure of grad school for a Master's in Speech Pathology. Sounds fun, right? Are you planning on college at all?
