Okay now you guys are doing such a great thing. Fitness, nutrition, even fashion. I love it, there's never been something like this in most other fandoms that I've been a part of. And I am certainly not one to nit pick something so great, though I do have one thought about your use of the body mass index measurement system. Get rid of it. Honestly it doesn't work, I am 5'8" and weight 170lbs, and according to the BMI scale I'm overweight. My chest is 40in, my waist is 32in, and my hips are 33in. I'm not fat, I wear skinny jeans and medium slim fit shirts. But that's the major flaw in the BMI it doesn't factor in muscle or body shape. Muscle is denser than fat and weighs a lot more. So someone with a 10% body fat will be classified as obese because they weigh a lot more than others. Now I do have an alternative for you. A European professor of physiology came up with this system. Measure your chest, then your waist, then your hips. Divide your waist by your chest, and separately by your hips. If the two numbers are 0.8 or lower you're underweight, if they are 0.8-0.9 then you are a proper weight, if they are 0.9-1 then you are over weight. It's simple and very accurate, sadly I don't have a link to give I found it in an article of a men's health once. Just a suggestion.

You weren't nitpicking, this was good constructive criticism. I have used that European formula myself on occasion.
I agree, the BMI is only a guide. I too am considered overweight when plugging in my height and weight. But my % body fat is 12.5. The BMI is still useful when determining increased risk factors for common comorbidities. That BMI (I assume you saw it in the Calorie Calculator post) is only in there so that my clients have easy access and to fill the spreadsheet out.
