And that's why I don't live in California, plus I'd have to pay taxes on a lot my online orders. Seriously though, California is a really messed up state, I always find it funny that people talk about how laid back and relaxed it is there but it's probably one of the few states where the government won't stay out of everyone's business. I'm just waiting for the day when that earthquake hits and all those crazy people are separated from the rest of us.  I actively opposed SOPA and ACTA but I'm not really sure I'd bother getting involved much with this one, I'm just not a fan of California and it's never been my understanding that the politicians there care what anyone thinks anyway. |

I would say I'm surprised by this but I'm not. It will get overturned, and the State will have wasted even more money on stupid, pointless legislation. The people that live in California keep re-electing the same politicians so why would anything get better?
