Let’s jump right in with Shadow Bolt Boxing. No you won’t actually be fighting anyone, but you’ll be ready to take on Discord if he ever decides to break the 4th wall (or if your computer ever gets out of line).
Remember to be relaxed. If you’re too tense you’ll start cramping in your back, getting tired and your shoulders will drop. Stand in front of a mirror in a boxing stance. You’ll want to have one foot in front of the other about two feet apart. Keep your shoulders up but not to where it’s uncomfortable. Have your unclenched fists up, just around your cheeks. As you throw your punches, be sure to turn your wrist 90 degrees so it moves from a vertical to horizontal position and close your fist at the end of your punch. Make sure your shoulder is in a position to block any incoming punches and bring your fist back up in a blocking position. Do this in “1-2” or “1-2-3” combinations.
If it doesn’t feel right, alter your stance so you’re not moving your torso too much. Do this for whatever amount of time you can spare, every little bit helps. Just don’t wear yourself out that’s not what we’re trying to do.

Also, remember to breathe! Exhale when throwing punches.
Ever watch a boxing match or UFC fight and here the fighters "hissing" as they strike? That's them exhaling as the throw punches and kicks.

funnily enough, breathing out helps with taking hits as well. If you get punched and you hold your breath, the lungs compress, but the air has no where to go, so it stretches your lungs like a balloon. One drill we do in my martial art involves moving in and punch an opponent while they do the same. It helps build heart and works on getting that breathing out effect for when you are punching and taking hits.
