If you got many problems to evoid candy or something like that its not bad to eat some from time to time. When i get started with my Workout i wasnt abled to resist all the time but i limited myself and bought any "Healthy" candy like gummy bears and eat only 100g or anything like that. Try to eat candy only when you are not Hungry because if you do you will eat more than you should eat, eat a meal and eat candy as a dessert. And never buy food when you are hungry... you will buy more unhealthy things when you are hungry.
I know sometimes its hard to resist the lure of a tasty piece cake or something like that, but if you can say no over and over again you will get to your goals. I dont know why but for me its easy to resist to all temptations everyday, because I WANT this damn Sixpack! It help me a lot to write a log about my Weight, Bodyfat and Circumferences!
At the moment im continuing with my Low Carb Diet and after 1 Week I see the first results, a bit on my body but more in my log. After 1 Week of pure waive of anything that is not in my food plan i dropped from 219.6 Pounds (99,6 Kg) to 214.5 Pounds (97,3 Kg) without losing Muscles. I will continue this diet for 7 weeks combined with a 3 Split Weight lifting plan and 40min Cardio a day (Way to Work and Gym) and hope I can see better results than this.
