Or man breasts or whichever name you want to call it.
I'm doing my best to stay healthy and lose some weight at a good healthy rate while doing excersice and eating all my 3 meals (maybe a snack if possible) a day. But... yeah
Has anyone here dealt with these? Any tip someone can give to lose them, any specialized excersice, or anything?
Any comment of any kind is really appreciated, I think it's a big issue for many guys like me ;D

We'll need more info, such as your height, weight, body fat percentage (if you know that), and how well you judge yourself on how active you are.
Moobs are always a problem, and the way I dealt with them was to do a lot of cardio combined with weight training. Push yourself hard on gaining chest muscle when it's chest day, and over time your chest will incorporate and stretch the moobs over your whole chest, which makes it look a lot better. At least in my opinion.

If you lose all of the fat (which is obviously a very good thing to do) you will still have some of the skin. Building your chest will help keep the skin tighter on your body. Make sure that you build the back at the same time for muscle balance and shoulder health.

Used to be a pretty big problem for me. In my profile pic I was 180? And now I'm at around 165. For me at least, all of a sudden, there was a DRASTIC reduction in the size of my manboobs somewhere around 170 lbs. Don't know if it happens for other people but it was a pleasant surprise regardless.
Also, compression shirts. Nike. Mmmmmm I love those.
Also, talking about boobs in the "Support" forum. God I love puns.

Well the first step is to work on getting to a healthy weight. Though for many people, irregardless of weight, man boobs are a problem. I know really fit guys who have them. So they're not reliant on your weight alone. I've heard that a good way to get rid of them is by increasing your testosterone and decreasing your estrogen in a natural manner. As in, not steroids. Man boobs can be a side-effect of those. So no, don't do it. Instead, increase your Zinc and Magnesium intake. Many people are unknowingly Zinc deficient and low-levels of this can lead to things like man-boobs. Also, if you want to take a Zink or magnesium supplement (Or both at the same time using ZMA) then avoid calcium. Calcium hinders your body's ability to absorb Zinc. So next time you're about to snack on some beef or organic nuts, skip the glass of milk. Also, talking about boobs in the "Support" forum. God I love puns. Too perfect!

Calcium hinders your body's ability to absorb Zinc. Research remains unclear on whether or not calcium truly affects zinc absorption, but fiber and non-heme iron will definitely have an impact. Zinc will bind to fiber (Passing out through the body) and iron and zinc both compete for the same cells that absorb minerals. Soy protein also inhibits zinc absorption.
