General Rules and Guidelines

Rule #1
Be kind and courteous to others. This board is about living a healthy life and supporting each other. Anything below constructive criticism shall NOT be tolerated.
Rule #2
Keep all posts to a PG-13 Rating. I know this one can be tough to follow, but please keep foul language to a minimum.
Rule #3
Do not spam. You should all know this by now but I have a feeling it might happen anyway. Do us a favor and just don't do it. =D
Rule#4
Keep to the topic at hand. I understand that side conversations tend to occur, but when they do please move them to the designated section of the board. Organization is key!

Have fun. This is the purpose of the board, so do it!

There isn't a whole ton of rules right now because I trust you guys. I'll add to this if I have to but I'm hopeful that I won't. =D
