If you find yourself standing around just waiting for something, that’s the perfect time for the 20% Cooler Casual Lean.
Begin by standing with your side or back to a wall or pole about two feet away. You don’t want to be too far away or too close. If you’re not in the right position you’ll put too much strain on your shoulders and upper arms. 1.5 - 2 feet for the average person should be about right.
Place your forearm flat against the wall behind you. This can be done either as a static or dynamic exercise. For a static exercise you can just lean on your arm as long as you can and switch to the other when your arm gets tired. For a dynamic exercise you can do small “push-ups” against the wall.

Great idea. I'll try that next time i'm at the DMV Another quite simple "Casual" exercise you can do is simply walk. I love going for a nice stroll around the neighborhood for 15-30 minutes. This helps to clear your mind, stimulate your body, and restore your work-ethic. For those who don't want to aimlessly walk around their neighborhood, try walking down to the local store or a restaurant, just avoid buying that big-mac (the sandwich-not the pony), your better off without the 1500 calories.

I might have to try this some time, I like to try and do these kind of exercises when I'm at work with nothing to do.
My favorite so far is the calf raise, pretty easy to do and I find most people don't pay too much attention to it.
