I recently came across this awesome FREE diet planner. First off, it's free! This isn't one of those “$20 a week” diets that you see on TV all the time, this is a diet planner that allows you to pick how much calories you want to eat in a day and in how many meals, and gives you an example meal plan. It even tells you how much fat, carbohydrates, and protein you're putting into your body. Diet Planner! Now this is great, but what if you have no idea how many calories you should eat? Well they already thought of that! Under the calorie input you can just click 'Not Sure' and a window will pop up where you can chose your health goals, takes your information, and it pops out the amount of calories you should be eating, ready for you to plug into their meal planner. Okay, that's cool and all, but what if I don't like the meals they gave me? Easy, just click the 'x' next to that meal and it will give you another option! You can also edit the settings if you are a vegetarian, vegan, etc. Also, if you register an account, you can save that meal for future reference. But it is a business, so with a free account you can save only 1 meal, while a paid for account ($5 a month) will allow you to save 30 meals along with other benefits. I hope you enjoy this little gift and it helps all of you reach your health goals. HOORAH! -Commander Hurricane

I also found this from the special K site! HERE!No offense but I think that's kind of biased towards their company lol. About half the stuff on their list of things to eat are made by their company. I'd recommend getting health tips from a party that wouldn't gain any money by what they recommend you, I mean the main intent of businesses is t make money :/ EDIT: Also I'm not a big fan of cereal, I think oatmeal is WAY healthier and doesn't take hat much longer to make

Aww man, this is awesome! common things that people do is have too much of a certain thing. I mean how many people eat 2 pb&j sandwiches? Well anyways, if you have internet readily available, you don't need to pay for it. After 3 weeks or so, your mind and body should hopefully adjust to a lessening of portions as that website shows, so with practise and diligence, you don't need to rely on that website for too long.
