I thought I'd add my own personal recipe as its something quick and easy and fairly healthy for you and great for a breakfast meal on the go.
1 good size banana 6 whole frozen strawberries 10 oz milk (skim milk is healthier and there seems to be no taste difference) 1 tbsp honey 1/4 cup fat free vanilla yogurt 5 ice cubes
Chop up the banana and add everything else into a blender and blend and then enjoy.
seriously, its that easy and its only around 350 calories and this makes a 20 oz smoothie.

also, if you like, feel free to omit the strawberries and cut the milk back to about 8 oz. the rest is the same and it will cut out around 50-60 calories that way.

Oh man, fruit smoothies are the best and banana-strawberry is definitely a favorite. I have to say though, I never thought of adding the honey and yogurt. I'll definitely have to give this a try.

Oh boy, Banana-strawberry is awesome. Good thing we recently bought some bananas.
