Hello everyone! I'm Heather, a 26 year old Brony from Ohio. Weight loss has been something that I have had heavy involvement with for a while now, losing close to 80 pounds so far overall, with about 50 more to go to reach my ultimate goal weight.
Problem is, my motivation seems to have flown the coop. I've been having a rough time trying to find the motivation to work out and actually attempt to continue my weight loss, and I've net gained back almost 20 pounds since April. I feel like my depression may be back again, and it's causing me to not want to do a whole lot of anything outside of work. I hate resorting to medications and would like to find my muse to get out of it again (as I have been able to do so before).
I was almost 300 pounds initially, got down to 206, and I'm sitting close to 230 at the moment. I want to reach my goal weight of 175 in 2013, but I need that push again. I'm hoping joining the community is going to help push me back to where I need to be, and motivate me to work hard and lose this crap.

Hey Heather, welcome to the forums! I don't know what pulled you through the first time, but I hope your stay here helps you find it again.

Welcome here Coming here gave me the motivation that lacked me for years, hope you will find it too ! When se are depressed it's hard to maked things change, but sometimes (always ?) what you really need is something, anything, to change, so I'm sure that once you'll get the motivation to start, it will all cascade to the better
