Ok, to encourage myself I'm doing something recommended by my workout app, opening up my diet to public criticism.
Heres a pictue of me before I started, weighing in at over 300lb and wearing a xxxl shirt:![]()

I'm trying to keep to a 1500 a day calorie diet and I walk an average of one hour fifty a day and my job requires me to be walking around and on my feet for five hours a shift, usually between three and five shifts a week.
I will be starting a jogging routine on Monday and will be aiming to increase my intake of fresh fruit and vegetables which as you can see has beem lacking from my diet this past week.
I drink water, tea and orange juice.
Here are all my meals November 9th until now:
Oh and the ice cream sundae was a treat at a friends birthday, something I almost never ear. I will be updating this each week.
