No matter how small it is, every choice we make brings us closer to our goal. One realistic change after another is what adds up to a healthy lifestyle. So my question is, what are YOU going to change, starting today? Drinking more water? Cardio while you watch ponies? Buying a chin-up bar? For me, it's parking half a mile from campus so I walk an extra mile a day. Post yours below!

I have downloaded all of Eurobeat Bronys stuff and tomorrow I start my jogging routine, a big step up from long walks for someone as heavy as I am, hooves crossed I don't die. Really interested to hear what everypony's doing, this is a chance to be really creative with your workout.

Making small changes that stick is the most effective way to change your lifestyle. It might not be as quick as a hard diet , or a intense workout regime, but if you change one thin about yourself every month, you will become a healthy person.
For example, next month you can make yourself forgo that candy bar you have at lunch everyday. After a month of skipping it, you won't even notice its absence. The month after that, cut out that Mountain Dew you have every morning. Repeat for a year or so, and you won't even have to think about being healthy.

Well, it's not today, it's about 5 days ago; but I'm heavily cutting down on coffee (And thus caffeine, don't do soda anymore, so major good thing there). I went from about 5 cups a day to 1-2, working on reducing that to 0-1. Tried cold turkey for the first 2 days and did it - but I got like a 2 migrane out of that, so I think the downward slope is a good place to start.

Eat my meals at the table. It sounds a bit strange but that's my small goal. The point being to spend more time away from my computer, for the sake of saving my eyes. Plus if I'm not distracted by the need to constantly check the computer then I'm more likely to try a slightly more ambitious/time consuming recipe.

Drink more water. Definitely that. In fact, drink mostly water.

I've stopped having my tea with sugar. Oh, and I've also stopped drinking coffee unless it's a social situation. I'm a social coffee drinker in the way people are social smokers nowadays, I used to be completely addicted to it but it took a toll on my stomach so I stopped.

Stretching and an active lifestyle are often recommended to help reduce back pain and speed the recovery process following an injury. Improving exibility through stretching is also an excellent way to avoid future injuries.

Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed. You may also feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem.
