Don't have time to exercise? Here are some suggestions to incorporate into your normal routine. - Park your car at the end of the parking lot.
- Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
- Instead of sitting down, stand or walk around when talking on your phone.
- Do things by hand instead of using a machine, like washing dishes.

If you work in a place such as a Grocery store or retail, walk up and down the aisles instead standing and waiting for customers. If you work at a desk job, do Kegel exercises, tighten and loosen your butt muscles, have tug of war with your hands (I am not sure what that's called), pretend you biking in you chair.
