It’s hard to stay committed. Ask anyone who has ever worked out. Most of them will tell you at some point they’ve struggled with it. One way to can stay committed is to simply think positive. You’d be surprised how the right mindset can impact your willingness to do something. Let’s look at Tank. Although he didn’t complete any of the challenges set forth by Rainbow Dash, he kept on trying. In the end he reached his goal and became her pet. With a little positive thinking you’ll be able to accomplish your goals too, not just in working out and losing weight, but also in your professional or school life. Let’s compare some positive thinking to some negative thinking. Cosmic

I think the first example there is one of the more effective ones. It's what I see and recommend a lot of people do. I have friends that will start off a walk or jog with "Well I'll just do half a mile, if I don't like it, I can stop and go back" then when they get that far they think "well, I've gone this far, I can probably go a little farther" and they simply continue on for as long as they like. Often times all we need is a little jump start with positive thinking, once you get started it doesn't feel so difficult.
