I try to eat as much fish and chicken as possible, I had to fight off my buddy today because he wanted to rush off to "FIVE GUYS BURGERS" and pig out. I have to constantly buy my own vegetables since this house is seriously lacking in the veggie department. Hey that's good, don't get pressured to eating outside food. Add egg whites, brown rice, wheat bread, tuna albacore those are also good food to add. Vegetables and fruits as snacks to fend off the hunger between your Breakfast - Lunch and Dinner (BLD). Keep it up. I hope your story can reach others.

Weighted squats are great, but make sure you add in a good old deadlift to strengthen the posterior chain.
Also make sure that you go low enough on your squats. Contrary to popular belief, if you have good form, deep squats will not hurt your knees. I have sources if you want them.
Seriously though, squats and deadlifts will help you get stronger. Might not help you lose weight, but will probably put on some muscle and lose some fat.

Work the legs.... I did minimal leg workouts and getting paid back for it.... don't let it happen gradually work your way up to weighted squats.

Sorry this is so late but current weight is 313! I was real sick (again) this past week so I wasnt able to get out of bed. There must be an epidemic going on around here for stomach flu or something! Anyway I'm feeling better now and seriously I cant wait to get back to working out.
