Sweet Jesus that is some amazing progress!
I'd like to give you some diet tips, but most of what I know is related to getting bigger...
What kind of exercise are you doing? Whatever it is, stick with it.

Well right now just trying to work out for an hour three times a week, lifting wieghts for half an hour and then treadmill for another half an hour. Currently curling 40lbs and benching around 110-120, also doing at least 20 to 30 push up. You think thats good? I didnt think so, thought I was lacking a bit.

Okay sorry for not updating yesterday, I was stuck in bed all day with one of those 24hr stomach bugs! Literally crippled over in pain and nausea but I am feeling much better today! Didnt loose much wieght only down to 316 this week. I'll try harder next week and not take nothing but tamales to work with me for my lunch, thought the chicken ones would have been better for you but I guess I was wrong! Oh well at least I can still try harder!

Hope you feel 100% soon. Tamales sound pretty good right now. You make them yourself?

If you are lifting more than you did last time (day/ week/ month/ year) that is progress which is good. Only thing I am not seeing is any pulling work to balance out the pressing. Vertical pulling (lat pulldown/ pullups) and horizontl pulling (rows) should be a part of your training to keep your shoulders happy. Overhead pressing will also promote good shoulder balance, provided that you have good shoulder mobility. I don't see much leg work, but your cardio might limit the recovery of your lower body, so you might want to wait until you have lost some more weight. Then again, no reward without some risk. All in all, some great work getting done here. Why not start a training log so you can track your daily progress?

Nice, keep up the work. I read your posts and it's great. Diet is the toughest part of the regimen but it takes the will, understanding and your goal of weight loss in mind. How are your eating habits?

oh yeah I feel much better then I did last week! No I didnt but I really should learn from grandma how to do it.
Does lifting the dumbbell over my head count? As for leg training I mostly just jog but I can put weighted squats back into my routine. I tried the journal idea multiple times before, but I keep forgetting where I put it down last! LOL.
I try to eat as much fish and chicken as possible, I had to fight off my buddy today because he wanted to rush off to "FIVE GUYS BURGERS" and pig out. I have to constantly buy my own vegetables since this house is seriously lacking in the veggie department.
