So since it's too late at night right now to do measurements/pictures, I'll just put in the goals I wanna start with, and then start getting into the specifics (yea read your goals thread gymrat) when I get my measures in.
* Begin lifting at least four times a week. * Start running four times a week again. * Be able to bench my own bodyweight again
I haven't worked out regularly outside running since nearly a year ago, and even when I did I did so very half-assedly, so I'm a bit scared to get my measurements in in bench, squat, etc. but I have to start somewhere or i'll be a gotdam stick forever.

Gahhh, well I haven't gotten the measurements I wanted to get yet (measuring arms, legs, weight, height, pushups in 60 seconds, max bench, max squat) yet due to a variety of excuses, but on the plus side, my copy of Starting Strength finally came in through Amazon yesterday, and I got a neato workout bench and barbell. (through Goodwill, but eh, beggars choosers etc.)
Imma start working out with the set tonight, and film it because yes I am that narcissistic.

I got a neato workout bench Ooh. I'd love to have one of those. When I get a job I plan on snagging one.
