Respect. All I could ever manage was a frontflip. Occasionally. With a run up. And mats.
I don't have any videos of my own, but this is inspiring to me. Maybe it's because I'm a lifter, but I bet that most people can understand why this is abrusdly awesome.

This is from shortly after when I started lifting. Deadlifting 225x2, bwahahaha. Consider that to be in my warmup range now, but I'm also ~25 pounds lighter?
