Burpees work the hamstrings, calves, core, and if you include the push-up, chest. In a burpee you first go to your hands, kick out your legs into push-up position, optional push-up, pull your legs back in, and jump up. Repeat. It's a great full body workout that I highly recommend! www.youtube.com/watchv=7MGljX4bbpsMountain climbers are one of my personal favorite workouts, these work both your hamstrings and your core. Get into push-up position, and pull one of your legs into your chest. Your knee should touch your chest and then return to push-up position. Now do it with the other leg and keep repeating. Lunges are another good workout where you take a step forward and bring your back knee almost touching the ground and hold that for 5 seconds. Then push back up, step with the other leg and now the back leg you didn't bend last time, you will bend that knee down almost touching the ground. Repeat and continue to switch legs. 1 Repetition counts for both legs. So do your right and then your left and that's 1 repetition Commander Hurricane

If you want a really fun* workout, try 100 burpees as fast as you can. Time yourself and post results. I got somewhere around 8 minutes last year (I think) with tuck jump burpees.
*Definition of "fun" is up for debate.

Alright, now this is the kind of stuff I can enjoy doing.
