What you do is sit on the edge of your chair and push your feet back as far as you can. After ten seconds lift up your leg and repeat the process.
Do you guys have any sitting exercises? feel free to post them here!

Sit with picture perfect, military posture. Doing this for an extended period of time is much harder than you think.

I never did such sitting exercise. I do just sits ups as a siting exercise in my daily routine for my fitness improvement.
