I'm Miguel Ortiz, known in the brony world as Hackalot Spark. I'm here because I'm on the verge of having what my family has had for generations, heart problems and diabetes. I don't want that happening to me even though it's already happened to my entire family. Also, I'm not really into healthy food because it tastes like torture...but I'm hoping to work past it. I'm hoping that this group will help me and motivate me to be a healther hack. I hope to be good friends with all of you.

I hope you'll find healthy food to your taste, it's not because it's healthy that it's not tasty, fortunately there are spices and all for that :-)
