Whey protein is the purest form of protein and is majorly consumed as a protein supplement. Whey protein is a supplement, so you should use it as one. It should supplement your current diet and protein intake. Whey protein should never replace high quality solid protein sources. It should be used to boost and ease the intake of protein throughout the day. Whey is pure protein extracted from milk. It contains a good amino acid profile, but doesnot have much else to offer. Eating solid sources of protein that contain vitamins, minerals, healthy fats and creatine is equally important to maintain a balanced diet. Building muscle is half about training hard and creating muscle stimulation through your workouts. The other half is rest and nutrition. For your body to build muscle it needs protein. Protein is the only macro nutrient it can use as building blocks for muscle tissue. Consuming whey protein is a great way to boost your protein intake, but how much should you consume is a big question. Every individual has different protein needs for their body and a different metabolism. Any supplement has to be taken considering these facts. Although whey protein is easily available at many stores, it is best to buy Whey Protein Online. We all know the benefits of online shopping, so if a quality product at affordable rates is being delivered to your doorstep free of cost, then why not use this opportunity!

Sounds like a sales pitch to me. Are you a real person!?
I see Syntha-6 listed. That's what I use after I work out. The Strawberry Milkshake flavor is almost as good as the real thing. But I sure didn't pay $50. Try $25.

Which, incidentally, is disgusting.
