Here is an imitation Tabasco recipe that Pinkie Pie would love! Use whatever hot pepper is your favorite, or whatever level of heat you desire. I used Scotch bonnets that I grew this year.
1 C. White vinegar ½ C. Hot peppers, stems removed 2 Cloves of garlic, crushed 1 Tsp. Salt
Simmer the peppers in the vinegar and salt for about 1 – 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Add crushed garlic and puree in a blender or food processor until smooth. Store in the refrigerator.
