I like to use this with chicken thighs (Don't tell Fluttershy!) that I have skinned, deboned, and cut into strips. (Think faux chicken wings). It's a little bit tangy, a little bit spicy, and a whole lot delicious! Cook them however you please. I prefer to grill them over medium-high heat till they get a little char.
2 lbs. Chicken (Or meat of your choice) 3 T. Fresh lime juice 1 T. Coriander seeds, cracked ½ Tsp. Crushed red pepper 3 Cloves of garlic, minced Salt to taste
Whisk all ingredients together. Toss with the meat and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
