Since I will be heading the Beach Body Challenge for Bronies NYC, I will keep a log of my own progress here as motivation for myself and others. Goals: Drop at least 25 lbs by Bronycon. Walk daily. Stop drinking soda entirely. Drop at least 50 lbs by November. Plan: Juice fast for a week to reset my diet. Actually USE all the gym equipment I own Weekly walks at Coney (the sand was great for my legs) Use FreshDirect to help take back control of what I eat. Attachments:

saving here in case I lose the printout. Dropped 5 lbs so far. WIN Went to the beach today. Walking in the sand for an hour is helping re-tone my legs.

Down 4 more lbs. Felling a change in walking up stairs now. I made a little visual help thing for the Meetup this weekend Hope it's helpful!
