Whiter teeth can give you more self-confidence and, come on, what's more stunning that a white bright smile? So, since I don't have thousands dollars to make a professional whitening treatment, I managed to find a compromise...and the result is more than satisfactory Well, let's see. 1. Sodium bicarbonate (a.k.a. baking soda) Probably the best-known way to whiten your teeth without spending tons of money: you can buy it for a few dollars in any supermarket. Just put some of it on your toothbrush and rub it on your teeth. (not to use as a replacement for the toothpaste, obviously).2. Orange peel Here's a less-known method, I also suggest to eat the rest of the orange, because it's damn tasty. Anyway, what we need is the inner part of the peel, i.e. the white part: it's perfect to remove stains that are too strong for the toothbrush. 3. Sage This is, in my opinion, the best method: it's quick, easy, safe and gives great results. Just rub a leaf with circular movements on your teeth after brushing.4. Thyme Well, what to say? use it as you used the sage and nobody will get hurt. A friend of mine says it's even more effective, your choice to believe me or him 5. Lemon juice This is the most effective, yet less safe method: it gives faster results, but if used too often it will erode your tooth enamel, so maybe use it only once in a while. Just pour some juice on your toothbrush and rub.If someone knows any other method, just post it
