Hey ya'll. call me Treble Bolt or Chihirolee3. I am from Iowa, USA. I am considered overweight, but I used to be very fit in high school. I got Trichinosis in the summer of '09 and went from being very fir and active weighing about 160lbs to 110 lbs within 1 month. After a long treatment (almost a year), I gained weight back , but I am now 190lbs, and have struggled with getting back muscle.
So instead of getting my muscle back, I think it would be best to try to become leaner. However, I have weak lungs because they are too small for my body (my mom was an extremely heavy smoker). I have constant lower back pain and my knees are damaged from high school track (so I cannot fully bend my legs without pain).
I feel like the odds are a bit against me, so I came here for courage and support. I have found an amazing sense of belonging within the brony community even though I am not a guy. I am an outcast, too tomboyish for my own good I live far from my hometown and all my high school friends have gone their own ways. I live in a tiny rural town that consists of elderly people and 30 sumthings with kids, so i have no other friends than my husband, who wants me to lose weight too, but doesn't know how to encourage me.
I am 190 lbs, am 5' 7". I bike about 10 miles every 2-3 days (and as summer comes, i hope to go back to doing that everyday) but would like to be able to do other things that do not give me pain and will help me lean out. I eat a lot of peanuts and drink a quart of water a day but other than that my diet varies immensely. I would like to get down to 130lbs so I have a work ahead of me.
