I just started doing some cardio and muscular exercises a\two weeks ago. But idk if i'm doing right, so i need some advices if necessary. I always do both types of exercises, from monday to friday, i rest on saturday and sunday. I start at 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM (sometimes it take me 45 or a complete hour). Oh, i forgot to mention, i have a mini gym in the 3rd floor of my house, my mom bought some stuffs. Now about the kind of exercises,hope u can understand what i'm saying, well... 1. 10 mins of running with a treadmill. 2. 10 times with a multi weight machine (can't explain it very well D: ) 3. 5 mins with a gym bike, like this: 4. 10 times with a multi weight machine. 5. again, 10 times with a multi weight machine 6. 30 times with this: 7. 10 times with a multi weight machine. 8. other 5 mins with the bike. 9. 10 times with a multi weight machine. 10, and finally 10 mins with the treadmill. btw, about the weight machine, i use that monday and tuesday. i have a pair of dumbbells and i do diferents stylesmthe other 3 days. (50 times a day like the machine). ...so, i'm doing right, because i think i'm fine with this routine. Please don't kill me for doing this post P.D: can i do some sit-ups in the morning?
