:)Happy 2014 everypony! The New Year is finally here and I have made a resolution to lose 50 pounds or more by the end of the year. I know weight loss takes time and a stick-it-to-it attitude that a pony like Rainbow Dash lives by everyday so I will motivate myself by posting my progress on these forums and uploading pictures of my larger meals so as to not make this a huge picture thread. I will post in words my meals from everyday though. By keeping track of everything I think I can really succeed. Anyways, any tips are greatly appreciated and any constructive criticism is always appreciated. Starting Weight: 274 lbs. Goal: 224 lbs. or less by the end of 2014

This is Saturday January 4th's largest meal of the day. The contents: Tilapia Radish Cucumber Cilantro Avocado Iceberg Lettuce Spinach Also for breakfast I had a small orange and a bowl of oatmeal with a banana. Attachments:

I'll be at work Sunday January 5 most of the day so I might not be able to upload anything but I will still try to upload a picture of my dinner. I will also go to the gym after work.
